The Simon's Town Golf Club was founded in 1913 and is the only 9 hole course on the Cape Peninsula. We are affiliated to the South African Golf Association (SAGA) and a member of the Western Province Golf Union (WPGU). Facilities include a pro-shop, golf club & pull cart hire, practise putting green and chipping area.
The course is situated on the shores of False Bay, and offers spectacular views of the sea and mountains from every tee & green.
Member's competitions are held on Wednesdays & Saturdays. Affiliated visitors with an official handicap are welcome to enter. (Ladies included). "Chicken Run" competition over 9 holes every Friday afternoon from 12 p.m. (players can play 18 holes but only the first 9 count for the competition). A pensioner's competition takes place every Monday. Tee off is 9 a.m. in summer and 9:30 a.m. in winter. (Visitors welcome)
